What is the difference between green admins and red admins?

There are different ranks of administrators.

Those who have a # in front of their name, are the full administrators or admins. Most, but not all of them, are part of the Board of Directors.
Those who have a + in front of their name, are or full moderators, or game leaders. Each game has one game leader and mostly several moderators.
Those who have a % in front of their name, are trial moderators, they are new to the IGZ staff and are learning everything about IGZ to become later a full moderator.
