Network Error 4000000

SYMPTOMS
A 4000000 error message appears post login verification on the IGZ client, and subsequently shuts down.

CAUSE
You have submitted an incorrect username or/and password which did not match those on our user database.

RESOLUTION
1. Make sure that you entered your username and password exactly the same was as how you registered them, note that the system is case sensitive. Also note that you do NOT include your clan in your username, anything in the [] before your username should not be used. If you can login on site, you can login on IGZones easily.

2. If you have not registered on the IGZ website please fill out the registration form, or contact on of the IGZ moderators or administrators and request a new account.

3. If you have already registered at the IGZones website make sure that you can login at www.igzones.com, both the website and the client run on the same database so will throw up the same errors if your login credentials were wrong. If this is not the case and you can login to one account but not the other, contact one of the system administrators immediatly explaining the situation.

4. If you have forgotten your account password or username contact one of the IGZ moderators or administrators and request a password or/and username reset. Alternatively you can fill out the forgotten password form.
