Network Error 1000000

SYMPTOMS
A 1000000 error message appears post login verification on the IGZ client, and subsequently shuts down. Sometime it occurs when you are done with a game or idling in the lobby.

CAUSE
There is a connection error between the clients application and the server program. This is normally caused by the server being down for maintenance work or is being restarted. There has been a network error bug that occurs on rare occasions it is being solved.

INFORMATION
Please do not report any bugs on the forums or on the support section on the website. As we will be already aware of the problem, and will be part of our maintenance work on the server. Also note that the alpha stages of the client are for developments, and not even public yet, and so deemed to be updated and consequently have some down time, just be patient!

If you are aware of other people connecting to the client without problems, and you still can’t then please contact one of the system administrators.
