How to take a screen shot in game:

In some screens the normal print screen method will only produce a black screen. Here is explained a method that will produce screen shots for any game screen.
First download the freeware Fraps – Click here to download
Open the programme, the following screen will appear, click the tab ‘screenhots’ and set up as following:

Folder to save screenshots to: Click change and point to a folder destination of your choice.
Screen Capture Key: Set this key to an ‘F’ key of your choice but remembering that certain ‘F’ keys are also used in the game so try to avoid these.
Picture format: In the free version of Fraps you can only capture screenshots as BMP’s
Ignore all other settings
To capture the screenshot: Firstly make sure that Fraps is open and running. The capture screen above will not be seen in the game but you will know it is running by the frame numbers in the top left of game screen.

When you are ready to take screenshot press the capture key (as set up above – the ‘F’ key you chose).
Now go to the destination folder you set up earlier and check to see if the screenshot is there. Your folder will look something like this: (every time you press the capture key a screenshot will be saved)
Note the fraps programme will name the file with the date and time.

You now have a screenshot that can be uploaded and used for example in complaints.
