Help & Tech Support Lobby

I would like to remind our users that we do have a Help & Tech Support lobby. Before it was located at the bottom of the Lobby Launcher under Chat Rooms, now it is located Support right at the top. Please use this live lobby for answering questions such as "Why I cannot join a game?" or "Why do I get unsupported exe error?" and such questions. Also we do have the forums (the link is on top) for more support.

Me gustaria recordar a nuestros usuarios que tenemos una sala de soporte tecnico. Antes estaba abajo del todo, en las salas de chat. Ahora, esta arriba del todo. Entrad para preguntar preguntas como "¿Porque no puedo entrar a una partida?, porque me sale "Unsupported exe error" cuando intento lanzar una partida"? y similares. Ademas, tenemos el foro para mas ayuda.

i join the game and it

i join the game and it launches and age of empires II says it is setting up the multiplayer game... then after a minute it says unable to connect.

i have internet connection it should work.

AOC resolution

I cannot set the resolution of aoc to the maximum which is 1240 x 1024 i think. Even though my laptop is more than capable i play games, i have a geforce 256 video card. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

No host for me

I cant seem to hoast a game
me and my friends like to play w/ each other but none of us can host
i am running norton auto protect but have turned it off, still cant host. is there anything i can do about this???

Can't play IGZ map pack!

Hay yo.. I downloaded the map pack but they are .scx files can you or do you convert it to .scn file to play them?

unable to start

i opened age the conq.port on my router ,disable my xp firewall and have a fixed ip
the problem is that i can join or host but can not start the game
host:i enter alone

I was baned with no reason

Hello. My user name is Ro_Darklube. Yesterday I tryed to conect at igz tables but following error doesn't let me: 'This account is either permanently or temporarily banned. Error Code: 40000003'. After that I sow I am on baned members list because of cheting. Sincerly I never chaeted and I dislikes cheaters. What did i do before trying to conect? I was trying to download somes mouvies from an site. Maeby that makes u belived I was cheating. Sincerly, try to resolve my complain. You can take a look in my profile and maeby that will convince you, I am not a cheater. Thanke you
