SYMPTOMS
A 1000000 error message appears post login verification on the IGZ client, and subsequently shuts down. Sometime it occurs when you are done with a game or idling in the lobby.

CAUSE
There is a connection error between the clients application and the server program. This is normally caused by the server being down for maintenance work or is being restarted. There has been a network error bug that occurs on rare occasions it is being solved.

SYMPTOMS
A 4000000 error message appears post login verification on the IGZ client, and subsequently shuts down.

CAUSE
You have submitted an incorrect username or/and password which did not match those on our user database.

RESOLUTION
1. Make sure that you entered your username and password exactly the same was as how you registered them, note that the system is case sensitive. Also note that you do NOT include your clan in your username, anything in the [] before your username should not be used. If you can login on site, you can login on IGZones easily.

SYMPTOMS
When you log in, or all of a sudden, you get an IGZ Friends: Network Connection Error 10000001

CAUSE
At the moment, only 1000 people can use the IGZ Friends. If 1000 players are already using IGZ Friends, then you can't use it, and you'll get this error.

INFORMATION
All you can do is clicking again on the button "Friends" (next to the button "Lobby Launcher") and hope someone else just left that had IGZ Friends on, so you can take his/her spot.

Our anti-cheat engine has to be sure you are using a valid Age of Empires version.
If you receive an "Unsupported EXE error", it is probably due to another language game or a game version thats outdated or perhaps a virus may have modified your game. To make sure there are no cheats each player that has received this error should download the updated EXE files along with the correct Official Patches according to the games they play:

This error in the IGZ client can be traced back to the location and form of installation of the game itself. The IGZ client recognizes the location and size as well as a few other variables in the registry which is where your system stores software data. A common problem associated with this error, is incorrect registry keys.

To correct this problem, you need to make sure your game is installed properly. Sometimes when IGZ is installed it can miss game installations because they aren't in the default directory. Perhaps you chose an alternative location for your game folder.

Fltsim98 caused an invalid page fault in module Winmm.dll.
Fs2000 caused an invalid page fault in module Winmm.dll.
Empires2 caused an invalid page fault in module Winmm.dll.
Game caused an invalid page fault in module Winmm.dll.
