This is a rare issue with Windows Vista
All folders are visible and game is installed correctly, but the screen shots do not save. Known vista issue.

This is a rare issue that is related with the use of Windows Vista, as of yet, there is no fix.

Live online help from a member of the IGZ staff can be found at the tech support lobby.
Log into the IGZ client, open your lobby launcher, and the Tech Support Lobby can be found at the bottom of the list.
